Many people invest in high quality supplements hoping to improve their energy, digestion, mood, immune function or overall wellness. Yet some notice that even the most reputable products do not seem to make much of a difference. This can be frustrating, especially when someone feels like they are doing everything right. In many cases the issue is not the supplement itself but the internal state of the body. One of the most overlooked factors that affects nutrient absorption is the regulation of the nervous system.
